Paradigm River North at 3400 Walnut St., an eight-story, 200K SF trophy office building, has opened in Denver’s RiNo District after two years of construction.

The building is a joint development between Jordon Perlmutter & Co. and Rockefeller Group. It was designed by Denver-based Tryba. The building has 108K SF of office space left to lease.

CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT

Pennrose, Rivet Development Partners and nonprofit TGTHR announced the grand opening of Nest56 at Denargo Market in Denver. The 56-unit development features affordable, supportive housing development for youths aged 18 to 24 who are experiencing homelessness.

Five units are set aside for residents with hearing or vision impairments.

The $27M development also includes 1K SF of commercial space, which will serve as art studio space for Denver-based nonprofit RedLine Contemporary Art Center. Nest56 is part of the 13-acre Denargo Market redevelopment by a joint venture of Golub & Co. and Formativ.

LEASES

CBRE has arranged an 11.1K SF sublease for Frost Brown Todd LLP at 1801 California St. in Denver. The national law firm has opened its first Colorado office on the 27th floor of the tower. CBRE represented Frost Brown Todd.

Owned by Brookfield Properties and managed by CBRE, 1801 California is Denver’s second-tallest office building and has 1.3M SF of office space across 54 stories.

Amelie Co., a marketing agency, signed a three-year lease for a 2K SF office space at Zeppelin Development’s Taxi 2 property at 3457 Ringsby Court in Denver.

Jeff Caldwell and Eric Shaw, brokers with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, represented Amelie Co. 

The Taxi campus is a 28-acre mixed-use community with 10 buildings. The 100K SF Taxi 2 features two floors of commercial units and privately owned residential condos.

PEOPLE

Brinkman Construction hired Eric Kesti as vice president and general manager of its Denver office. With 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Kesti will lead commercial business development strategies and focus on growing the company’s Denver employee base and community engagement.  

He most recently served as the special projects division manager for Turner Construction Co. and has also served in leadership roles for Kiewit Building Group.

American Ninja Warrior Adventure Park is opening its newest indoor obstacle park at 7150 Leetsdale Drive in Denver June 18.

The indoor adventure park has 37K SF of obstacles, including monkey swings, spider walls, tilting logs and floating bridges.

There will also be a 10K SF inflatable obstacle course, a soft play area, an arcade and a store. The location will offer a full-service kitchen as well.
